The Elabor8 Board decided to challenge its own systems by setting an ambitious strategy to transform its business towards a more strategic position within its client and market ecosystem - an ecosystem that was itself undergoing a major disruption brought about by digitisation.
Elabor8 started a strategic business transformation pursuing its aspiration to be Australia’s leading globally recognised contemporary management consultancy. There were doubts and a lack of clarity regarding where they were in that journey, what they have learnt, what was working and what was not working.
The Board Strategy review required a delicate balance to make a strategic assessment on a future strategy whilst also responding to the day-to-day pressures of keeping the business performing financially in the interim.
